How to Purchase a Gift Card

  1. Select the gift card’s value you would like to purchase.
  2. Fill in the recipient’s name and email address. If these are left blank, the gift voucher will be automatically sent to the sender (you).
  3. Fill in the sender’s (your) name and email address.
  4. Add the gift card to your shopping cart and checkout using one of the payment options available. 
  5. You will receive an order confirmation via email. The recipient will receive the gift card via email instantly.

How to Redeem a Gift Card from an Email

  1. Look up an email titled “[Mariana Jewellery] You have received a gift card
  2. In that email, simply click the “Apply Your Gift Card Code” button.
  3. You will be redirected to this website and the value of the gift card will be automatically applied to your cart.
  4. Enjoy shopping 🙂
Option 2:

How to Redeem a Gift Card in Cart

  1. Add all the Mariana jewellery you love to cart.
  2. Click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen and the Cart page will load. Insert your gift card code into the “Insert the code here” field.
  3. Click on the “Apply Coupon” button.
  4. Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

How to Redeem a Gift Card from Your Mariana Account

  1. Go to mariana.com.au/my-account and log into your account. Once successfully logged in, you will be redirected to “My Account” dashboard.
  2. Click on “Gift Cards”.
  3. Select the gift card you would like to use and click on “Apply this gift card” on the far right. You can apply multiple gift cards.
  4. All done. Happy shopping!

Frequently Asked Questions

Your gift card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly stated in the email you’ve received, on the printable gift card PDF. If you are a registered Mariana customer, you can also find your gift card expiry dates in your Mariana online account (MY ACCOUNT > GIFT CARDS).

No, gift cards are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.

The online gift cards sold through this website are not valid for purchases at our brick-and-mortar shop. Should you wish to purchase a physical gift card for our Paradise Point shop, please contact the shop directly on (07) 5577 5959 or call by 1/15 Grice Ave, Paradise Point, Gold Coast, QLD.

If the purchase value exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.

If the purchase value does not exceed the gift card amount, the purchase will be fully covered by your gift card.

The price of your purchase will be taken off your gift card’s balance. You will be able to use the remaining balance for future purchases in our online shop.

It is not possible to transfer the remaining gift card balance to a friend at this time.

Unfortunately, a gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

We are unable to process partial gift card payments at this time.

Please contact us and we will do our best to source the jewellery piece for you. You are welcome to use a gift card to pay for your backordered item.

All our digital gift cards are provided in Australian Dollars. Currently, we are unable to accommodate any requests for gift cards of alternative currency.

Please contact us and let us know the email address the gift card was sent to. Before we resend the gift card to you, we may need to verify your identity.

No, you can redeem your gift card as a guest shopper, too. We encourage our customers to register on our website to take full advantage of our VIP program and exclusive offers.

Yes, you can apply multiple gift card codes to a single purchase.

This option is not currently available but will be implemented soon.

There may be several factors at play, causing the gift card to malfunction. Please contact us and we will investigate the issue promptly.

To check your gift card balance, use the form on this page (above) or log in and go to MY ACCOUNT > GIFT CARDS.

The gift card(s) do not appear on your account dashboard if:

  • you registered for your Mariana online account after the gift card was sent to you;
  • the gift card was sent to a different email address than the one you registered for your Mariana online account with;
  • the gift card has been disabled.

Once you use your gift card for the first time, it will automatically link to your account. Please make sure you are logged in while making a purchase with the gift card code applied. 

Alternatively, you can navigate to MY ACCOUNT > GIFT CARDS and click the “Add New” button to link your gift card(s) to your account manually.
